Tech Support Team Lead

  • Leading the team of Tech Support Representatives
  • Managing the IT/Technical Support Team (assigning shifts and project leading)
  • Administering, monitoring and maintaining our office computer systems and networks
  • Providing technical support (locally, via chat, email, and phone)
  • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at a time
  • Creating Training documentation and providing Training to Support Team members
  • Creating FAQs and SOPs in accordance with the Product and Service updates


Qualified candidates must have:

  • Experience in managing teams
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT and Network Servers experience
  • Experience with macOS, Windows, iOS and Android operating systems
  • Project management experience
  • Multi-task capable with strong time management skills
  • A strong customer-care focus (with the ability to deal with difficult callers)
  • The ability to prioritise your workload
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in shifts (morning, afternoon & night shift ) and on weekends ( total 5 work days per week)
  • Ticket based help desk system experience is a plus (such as Zendesk or Zoho)
