Tech Support Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Leading the team of Tech Support Representatives
- Managing the IT/Technical Support Team (assigning shifts and project leading)
- Administering, monitoring and maintaining our office computer systems and networks
- Providing technical support (locally, via chat, email, and phone)
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at a time
- Creating Training documentation and providing Training to Support Team members
- Creating FAQs and SOPs in accordance with the Product and Service updates
Qualified candidates must have:
- Experience in managing teams
- Minimum of 3 years of IT and Network Servers experience
- Experience with macOS, Windows, iOS and Android operating systems
- Project management experience
- Multi-task capable with strong time management skills
- A strong customer-care focus (with the ability to deal with difficult callers)
- The ability to prioritise your workload
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work in shifts (morning, afternoon & night shift ) and on weekends ( total 5 work days per week)
- Ticket based help desk system experience is a plus (such as Zendesk or Zoho)
