Strategic Account Executive

Shyft’s Business Development consists of several divisions among which is the Strategic Accounts/Sales Prospect Pipeline portfolio.  The Strategic Account Executive will be working closely and assisting the executive team, mainly the VP off Corporate Relocation and the EVP of the company.

Your work would empower cooperation and business development between Shyft and prospect companies (bothRMC’sandcorporations), strategic for our future development. Daily tasks vary from client research, internal and external communication, marketing collateral preparation, project management, activity reporting as well as administrative work. We are seeking a top performing Strategic Account Executive with B2B experience who has a strong attention for details, motivation to find valid data quickly, strong communicational skills, being able to multitask, deliver results and stick to deadlines. Also, the individual in this role will bring in research knowledge, a passion for learning and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Strategic Accounts/Prospect Pipeline portfolio (RMCs and corporations);
  • Deliver assigned pipeline objectives in accordance with deadlines;
  • Assist in establishing strong, long-term client relationships;
  • Ghostwrite emails for executives to send out;
  • Communicate with prospects and schedule meetings;
  • Prepare and improve demo presentations;
  • Attend meetings and demos and produce detailed notes;
  • Make sure that all action items discussed on meetings are followed up by Shyft;
  • Identify and approach new potential strategic customers;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual activity reports (Zoho reporting);
  • Follow up and sign in activities both on Trello board(s) and in Zoho;
  • Make sure that all pipeline related follow-ups are taken care off;
  • Manage small projects and follow up with different teams (Support, Marketing);
  • Organize files and all data for the executive team to review;

  • Ability to draw conclusions in written forms (detailed notes);
  • Ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (Zoho) and Trello boards;
  • An ability to address sales pipeline inquiries;
  • Research oriented;
  • Experience in Sales is considered as an advantage
