Responsibilities

  • Managing business and personal calendar 
  • Handling requests and queries appropriately
  • Maintaining diaries, arranging meetings and appointments and providing reminders
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Optimizing personal and business organization
  • Providing support to Finance Associate to ensure personal & business expenses are managed on time
  • Manage communication with other business/ private associates

 

Requirements

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to work late hours due to the time difference
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to travel to the US will be considered a plus
